With a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Audiology from Salus University in Pennsylvania, USA, she solidified her expertise after completing a Master's in Clinical Audiology, building upon a foundation laid with a Bachelor's Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from AWH Special College in Calicut.

Ms Thahira's professional trajectory is marked by significant contributions to renowned healthcare institutions, including Al Ain Hospital and Al Nahda Hospital in Oman. Amid the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, she emerged as a pivotal figure, fostering collaboration between the UAE government and prominent NGOs. Her outstanding efforts during this period earned her accolades from various social organizations in the UAE.

As an accomplished author, Ms Thahira penned impactful works such as "This too shall pass" and "ATHMAVINTE KAVALKKAR," offering a poignant insight into the struggles faced by expats during the pandemic. Notably, the proceeds from her books are dedicated to supporting families who lost loved ones to COVID-19, directing funds towards children's education and medical treatments.
