He is well known among the Indian diaspora in the Middle East especially in Kuwait. Mr Binoy Sebastián is very active in social organizations and has held several leadership positions, as a Toastmaster, as a media person, as President of the Kuwait chapter of the overseas wing of a prominent Indian political party. Mr Binoy Sebastián is a true humanitarian who has been relentlessly supporting the downtrodden. He is involved in charitable activities both in India and Kuwait. During covid he was at the forefront helping those in labor camps, coordinating the Vande Bharat mission and in sending oxygen cylinders to India..
