Dr Satish Krishnan The Indian and international recognition that Dr Satish Krishnan has received for his work in neurosurgery is unmatched. He completed his MBBS from R.G. Kar Medical College Kolkata and later his MCh in Neurological Surgery from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram and DNB in Neurosurgery from National Board of examinations. He is a Senior Consultant & Head of Neurological Surgery at Al Qasimmi Hospital, Sharjah, UAE under the Ministry of Health & Prevention, UAE. He has won several awards from the hospital & The Ministry of Health, thrice from the undersecretary of Ministry of Health & Prevention. He has served in multiple high level committees of the hospital and Ministry of Health & Prevention as member of its Disaster Committee. He was nominated as member of the Neurosurgery Board of UAE for higher education. He is a member of the license evaluation committee for Neuro Surgeons applying to the Ministry of Health. Dr. Satish Krishnan has been a full time Neurological Surgeon for the last 32 years and has served at various levels of leadership & decision making. He is the President of Science India Forum, a voluntary organization dedicated to propagating Science & Technology among Indian schools in the United Arab Emirates.

He has been serving the community by assisting organizations such as the Indian council in repatriating sick patients reach back home. By partnering with their respective embassies, he has extended this service to patients of other nationalities also. He is a well accepted and highly respected professional in his community & has won numerous awards and accolades from UAE based organizations.
