 Mr Harikrishnan is a highly accomplished IT professional, renowned for his dedication and dynamism in the field of ITIL Certified Service Management. His academic journey includes the acquisition of a Bachelor's degree in Computing from the esteemed University of East London and an Advanced Diploma in E-commerce & Information Systems from the School of Technology & Management in London, UK. This educational foundation laid the groundwork for his flourishing career in the Information Technology sector.

Having garnered extensive experience working across diverse regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and India, Mr Harikrishnan made a strategic decision to leverage his global insights by establishing a business in Africa. In a relatively short period, he founded Solis Investments Group in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa, capitalizing on the continent's burgeoning potential.

Motivated by Africa's vast potential, Mr Hari aimed to contribute to the continent's economic development. Solis Investments Group, founded in 2018, swiftly became a trusted partner for investors in Guinea, offering comprehensive support and guidance. The company successfully attracted leading global organizations to West Africa, initiating projects spanning from Public Transport solutions to Agro Business Projects and the trading of various Products & Commodities. Mr Hari's ventures include Solis IT Solutions, a top-quality IT service company; Solis Abroad, an education consultancy; Solis Shipping & Logistics, a dynamic logistics company; Solis Time Corporation, providing services in mining, transportation, import, and export sectors; and Solis Africa, a travel company promoting Africa as a premier travel destination.

Additionally, Hari is the Vice Chancellor of Lincoln Vocational and University College, focusing on providing high-quality vocational training in Guinea. Through these ventures, Mr Harikrishnan aims to create sustainable businesses, generate employment, and contribute to Africa's growth and prosperity. Mr Harikrishnan's activities have resulted in opening up better opportunities for Keralites in the African continent, thus drawing in more wealth into Kerala, helping in the economic uplifting of many Keralites.
