Mr. Joe Matthews is an epitome of success having come up the ladder through a combination of hard work and brilliance. Mr. Joe Matthews secured first rank in his school in the SSLC examinations, he completed graduation from St. Joseph’s College Bangalore, worked as a school teacher to gather the required funds to pursue his MBA which he completed with a second rank in the final examination. It was when he was employed with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. a public sector enterprise by the Government of India, he secured one of the top 350 ranks in Civil service exams, and had to choose between the Indian Civil Service and migration to the US. He decided to migrate to USA in 1982. After having worked in various positions in IBM for over 20 years, Mr. Joe Matthews resigned the job to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur immersing himself in his passion for real estate. He started his enterprise Real Triangle Properties and has been helping to build / buy / sell properties. The real estate career provides Mr. Joe Matthews the flexibility needed to take care of his 2 younger sons – Justin and Jeremy who are ‘developmentally delayed’ both mentally and physically and are 100% dependent. His elder son Jason Matthews is a sports medicine Physician.

Mr. Joe Matthews has always had a passion to help the community. He is very active in various Indian associations and has held leadership positions in these associations helping him connect and serve the community.

Mr. Joe Matthews hails from Kottangal in Pathanamthitta district and he is married to Philomina.
