Dr. Polly Mathew, founder of Somatheram Ayurvedic Health Resort, Kovalam, a pioneer in marketing Kerala is a major tourist destination abroad. He is also the Managing Director of Somatheeram GmbH, the German wing of Somatheeram Health Group. He was foremost in visualizing the vast opportunity in taking Kerala’s unique Ayurvedic wellness treatment system to the western world. He is currently the Chairman of Somatheeram Health Resort, Kovalam, Trivandrum.
Dr. Polly Mathew lives in Monheim am Rhein, Germany with his wife Tresa Polly and his sons Jaison Arampankudy, Dr. Jimson and Jons.
He is actively involved in Malayalee welfare organizations abroad. He is hailing from Kothamangalam in Kerala, It is two decades passed since he migrated to Germany.
