Mrs. Shyny Frank, is a dedicated social worker whose compassion and commitment have transformed lives across Kuwait and India. With over 30 years devoted to the welfare of marginalized communities, Mrs. Frank has become a beacon of hope for individuals and families facing hardship, including patients in need, stranded individuals, widows with children, divorced women, orphans, domestic laborers, and families with special needs. Guided by a clear vision and mission, she extends her support to everyone she encounters, without boundaries of nationality, religion, or politics—bringing essential assistance and meaningful change to those who need it most.

In Kuwait, Mrs. Frank is uniquely recognized as the only female social worker officially supported by the Embassy of India. This rare distinction reflects her reliability, dedication, and partnership with the embassy, through which she provides critical aid to those in need. She collaborates closely with registered charitable organizations to deliver resources, including vital medical equipment, ensuring her assistance reaches the most vulnerable. Her role within both the expatriate and local communities has made her a trusted advocate and highly respected figure.

Mrs. Frank’s humanitarian efforts extend across borders to her native India, where she serves as the President of the Differently Abled Welfare Association in Kerala. In this influential role, she champions the rights and inclusion of children and adults with disabilities. Her leadership drives programs focused on advocacy, empowerment, and social integration, working tirelessly to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. Her initiatives have brought awareness, resources, and opportunities to individuals who are often marginalized, and her dedication to this cause has earned her widespread respect and admiration.

In addition to her social work, Mrs. Frank is a passionate promoter of art and culture and invests greatly in educating future generations. Professionally, Mrs. Frank is the Administrative Supervisor of the Special Needs Department at Al Resala Bilingual School in Kuwait, where she supports children and adults with special needs in an educational setting. Originally from Thrissur, Kerala, she is a highly regarded leader whose influence spans borders, inspiring unity and compassion wherever she goes.
