Dr. Sony Sebastian, who hails from Kottayam and based in Kuwait is the Managing Director of Fusion Group of Companies and ranks among the top young Keralite entrepreneurs. He started his career with a strong will power and enthusiasm. Dr. Sony Sebastian is a go getter who has sound knowledge in various market mechanisms and business management verticals. He has been invited to business conferences in 30 plus countries and has been a continuous contributor in those conferences. He has participated in 25 plus global freight forwarding conferences. His company was appointed as the official logistics provider for Gulf Defence and Aerospace exhibitions in 2013, 2015 and 2017 held at Kuwait. He is a member of various international freight forwarding networks. He was appointed as a board member of Global Forwarding Partnership and represents as the Executive Director, Middle East region since 2014. He has a honorary doctorate in shipping and logistics from the Open International, University of Colombo.

Dr. Sony Sebastian an ever optimist and a dynamic personality always dreamt of being the successful entrepreneur that he is today. As a result of his dynamic leadership and clear vision he has been able to make long strides in his entrepreneurial dream. Today he is the Managing Director of Fusion Group of Companies, a highly successful business conglomerate with interests in various business sectors including construction, shipping and logistics spread across Kuwait, UAE, UK and India.

He lives in Kuwait with his wife Shiny Sebastian and 3 children Nicole, Neorah and Norabel.
