Mr Jacob Mathew is a Non- resident since 1993. After his graduation in Mathematics & Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications joined Siemens, a German Company in Saudi Arabia. He continued working for Siemens for 24 years in various positions in eight different countries - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Romania, Indonesia, UAE, Egypt, Russia, Nigeria and Azerbaijan. He has travelled around the world including USA, UK, Israel, Germany Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Kenya & Singapore . He was selected as the most inspiring employee of Africa while working for Nokia- Siemens Network in Nigeria. He was also selected by the company to pursue People’s Business Management from Siemens Management Institute in Berlin & Munich.

He has had the opportunity to interact and live in multi-cultural secular environment. Mr Jacob Mathew came to Azerbaijan as Chief Financial Officer, Siemens Azerbaijan and is currently involved in hospitality management activities.

Mr Jacob Mathew has always balanced corporate commitments with community service. He is the immediate past President, past Secretary and the current executive committee member of Indian Association Azerbaijan. He has served the Baku Malayali Association as its President and is the advisory board member of Baku Malayali Association. He also served as a part of the crisis management committee during the covid situation formed by the Indian Embassy. He is a member of World Kerala Assembly since 2020. Mr. Jacob Mathew is married to Binu Jacob, who is a Mathematics teacher in the International School of Azerbaijan and has two children Binil Mathew Jacob & Benjamin Koshy Jacob.
