Bangalore: Following our earlier announcement regarding the postponement of the planned Rwanda event, and after careful consideration of the Ebola-related public health concerns in the African region at the time of planning, the Organising Committee has officially confirmed Manila, Philippines, as the host city for the 21st Garshom International Awards & ASEAN+ Business Dialogue 2026.
This decision has been made with the health, safety and convenience of our delegates, partners and international guests as our highest priority, while ensuring the successful organisation of this prestigious global event. We express our sincere appreciation to the Government of Rwanda, Indian Embassy and Indian Business Chamber in Rwanda (IBCR) for their goodwill and support during the planning process. Rwanda remains a valued partner and a priority destination for a future Garshom international event.

Garshom Cultural Conclave 2026
Dates: 2–6 December 2026
The Cultural Conclave will feature cultural exchange, business networking, tourism experiences, international friendship and opportunities to strengthen partnerships among participants from around the world.
