തിരുവനന്തപുരം: മുത്തലാഖിനെതിരെ ഹൈക്കോടതി. രാജ്യത്തെു മുസ്ലിം സ്ത്രീകള് മുത്തലാഖിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് വിവേചനത്തിന് ഇരയാവുകയാണെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. മുസ്ലിം രാജ്യങ്ങള് പോലും ഇത്തരം മുത്തലാഖ് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നില്ലെന്ന് ജസ്റ്റിസ് മുഹമ്മദ് മുഷ്താഖ് പറഞ്ഞു. വിവാഹ നിയമങ്ങള് ഏകീകരിച്ചെങ്കില് മാത്രമേ മുസ്ലിം സ്ത്രീകള്ക്ക് നീതി ലഭിക്കൂ. അതിന് നിയമ നിര്മാണം നടത്തണം. വിവാഹ മോചനത്തിലെങ്കിലും പൊതുനിയമം പിന്തുടരണം.
പൊതു നിയമം വന്നാല് ശരീഅത്തിനെതിരാകുമെന്ന ആശങ്കതെറ്റാണെന്നും കോടതി പറഞ്ഞു. വിധിയുടെ പകര്പ്പ് കേന്ദ്ര നിയമ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിനും നിയമ കമ്മീഷനും അയയ്ക്കാനും കോടതി നിര്ദേശിച്ചു. മുത്തലാഖ് ചെയ്തതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് പാസ്പോര്ട്ടിലെ വിവരങ്ങള് തിരുത്തണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ദമ്പതികള് നല്കിയ കേസിലാണ് കോടതിയുടെ നിരീക്ഷണം.

I think everything posted made a bunch of sense. However, think on this, what if you were to
