The Garshom International Awards 2019 were presented in a function held at Oslo in Norway on August 24, 2019. 

Norway Notodden City Mayor Gry Fuglestveit Bløchlinger and Norway Parliament member Mr. Himanshu Gulati distributed the awards to the winners in the presence of Mr. Amar Jeet, director of Indian Embassy in Norway, the award Jury chairman Mr. Ivan Nigli, former Garshom awardee Mr. Abdulla Koya, Dr. Bindu Sara Varghese, Professor Arctic university of Norway, Mr. Jaijo Joseph, Executive Director, Garshom Infomedia Limited, Mr. Jostein Meen  and Mr. Jins Paul, President, Garshom Foundation.

The event hosted by Norwegian Malayali Association (NANMA) was held at Scandic Solli hotel at the Norwegian capital of Oslo.
