അഡലെയ്ഡ്: അഡലെയ്ഡിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയരമുള്ള രണ്ടാമത്തെ ടവറിന് ഡവലപ്പ്മെന്റ് അസ്സാസ്സ്മെന്റ് കമ്മീഷൻ നിർമ്മാണാനുമതി നൽകി. നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതോടെ 27 നിലകളുള്ള കെട്ടിടം അഡലെയ്ഡിലെ ഉയരമേറിയ കെട്ടിടങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായി മാറും. നിലവിൽ അഡലെയ്ഡിലെ ഏറ്റവും ഉയരമുള്ള കെട്ടിടം വെസ്റ്റ്പാക് ബിൽഡിംഗിനാണ്.
നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതോടെ 108 മീറ്റർ ഉയരമാണ് ടവറിനു ഉണ്ടാകുക. 40000 സ്ക്വയർ മീറ്ററിൽ ഓഫീസുകളും ഷോപ്പുകളും ബിൽഡിംഗിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. മൂന്ന് നിലയിൽ പാർക്കിംഗ് സൗകര്യവും ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ അറിയിച്ചു. ഈ വർഷം ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ നിർമ്മാണം 2019-ൽ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കാനാകും എന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.
