നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതോടെ 108 മീറ്റർ ഉയരമാണ് ടവറിനു ഉണ്ടാകുക. 40000 സ്ക്വയർ മീറ്ററിൽ ഓഫീസുകളും ഷോപ്പുകളും ബിൽഡിംഗിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. മൂന്ന് നിലയിൽ പാർക്കിംഗ് സൗകര്യവും ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ അറിയിച്ചു. ഈ വർഷം ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ നിർമ്മാണം 2019-ൽ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കാനാകും എന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.
