വിയന്ന: അടുത്ത വര്ഷത്തെ ശമ്പള വര്ധനവിന് തീരുമാനമായി. ഉരുക്ക് നിര്മ്മാണ രംഗത്തും യന്ത്ര ഉല്പ്പാദന രംഗത്തും തൊഴില് എടുക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് 1.6% ശമ്പള വര്ധനവ് പ്രാബല്യത്തില് വന്നു. ഡിസംബര് ഒന്നിന് സംസ്ഥാന, കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാര് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവര്ക്ക് 1.3 ശതമാനവും ശമ്പളം വര്ധിപ്പിക്കാന് തീരിമാനമായി. സര്ക്കാര് പ്രതിനിധികളും യൂണിയന് പ്രതിനിധികളും തമ്മില് രണ്ടാഴ്ചയായി നടത്തിവന്ന ചര്ച്ചയിലാണ് ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് തീരുമാനമായത്.
രാജ്യത്ത് പണപ്പെരുപ്പം 2% മായി ഉയര്ന്നിട്ടും ശമ്പളം 1.3% ഉയരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് തത്വത്തില് 0.7% മൂല്യക്കുറവാണ് ശമ്പളത്തിന് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്. തൊഴിലാളി പ്രതിനിധികളുടെ താല്പര്യക്കുറവാണ് ഇതിനു കാരണമായി പറയുന്നത്. സ്വതന്ത്ര ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയന് ഉണര്ന്നു വന്നെങ്കില് മാത്രമേ അധ്വാന വര്ഗത്തിന് കൂടുതല് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാനാവൂ. സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയില് തൊഴിലെടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ 2017 ലെ ശമ്പള പരിഷ്കരണം ഇനിയും തീരുമാനമായിട്ടില്ല.
