ഡിസ്നിയിലെ ഐടി ജീവനക്കാരാണ് കമ്പനിക്കെതിരെ ഫ്ളോറിഡ കോടതിയില് ഹര്ജി നല്കിയത്. ദേശവും വംശവും നോക്കിയാണ് കമ്പനി ഐടി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ പുറത്താക്കി പകരം ഇന്ത്യക്കാരെ നിയമിച്ചതെന്നും ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്ക്ക് കമ്പനി പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന നല്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഹര്ജിയില് പറയുന്നു.
വാഷിങ്ടണ്: അമേരിക്കക്കാരെ ഒഴിവാക്കി പകരം ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്ക്ക് ജോലി നല്കിയെന്നാരോപിച്ച് ഡിസ്നി കമ്പനിക്കെതിരെ ഹര്ജി. ഡിസ്നിയിലെ ഐടി ജീവനക്കാരാണ് കമ്പനിക്കെതിരെ ഫ്ളോറിഡ കോടതിയില് ഹര്ജി നല്കിയത്. ദേശവും വംശവും നോക്കിയാണ് കമ്പനി ഐടി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ പുറത്താക്കി പകരം ഇന്ത്യക്കാരെ നിയമിച്ചതെന്നും ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്ക്ക് കമ്പനി പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന നല്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഹര്ജിയില് പറയുന്നു.
ഫ്ളോറിഡയിലെ ഓര്ലാന്റോയിലെ ഡിസ്നി കമ്പനിയില് നിന്ന് 250 ഐടി ജീവനക്കാരെ 90 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില് പിരിച്ചു വിടുമെന്ന് 2014 ഒക്ടോബറില് ജീവനക്കാരെ അറിയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഇതിനു പകരമായി എടുത്ത എല്ലാവരും ഇന്ത്യക്കാരോ ഇന്ത്യന് വംശജരോ ആണെന്നും ഹര്ജിയില് ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
പിരിച്ചുവിടല് ഭീഷണി നേരിടുന്നവര് തങ്ങള്ക്ക് പകരമായി എത്തുന്നവരെ പരിശീലിപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന വിചിത്രമായ വ്യവസ്ഥയാണ് ഇതില് ഏറ്റവും അപമാനകരമായ കാര്യമെന്നും പരാതിക്കാര് സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പുറത്താക്കപ്പെട്ട ജീവനക്കാരെ കമ്പനി മാനസികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്നും പലരും കടുത്ത മാനസിക സമ്മര്ദ്ദത്തോടെയുള്ള തൊഴിലന്തരീക്ഷത്തിലാണ് ഇവിടെ ജോലി ചെയ്തതെന്നുമാണ് ഹര്ജിയില് ആരോപിക്കുന്നത്.

First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you
