രണ്ട് സര്ക്കാര് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വീട്ടില് നിന്നും പുതിയ 2000ന്റെ നോട്ടുകള് ഉള്പ്പെടെ അഞ്ചു കോടിയോളം രൂപ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തു. ഇതില് 4.70 കോടി രൂപയും പുതിയ 2000ന്റെ നോട്ടുകളാണ്.
ബംഗളൂരു: ബംഗളുരുവില് ആദായനികുതി വകുപ്പിന്റെ റെയ്ഡില് രണ്ട് സര്ക്കാര് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ വീട്ടില് നിന്നും പുതിയ 2000ന്റെ നോട്ടുകള് ഉള്പ്പെടെ അഞ്ചു കോടിയോളം രൂപ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തു. ഇതില് 4.70 കോടി രൂപയും പുതിയ 2000ന്റെ നോട്ടുകളാണ്. ബാക്കി നോട്ടുകള് 100ന്റേയും 500ന്റേയുമാണ്. പണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആറു കിലോ സ്വര്ണാഭരണവും സ്വര്ണ ബിസ്ക്കറ്റുകളും കണ്ടെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാല് സര്ക്കാര് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പേരുവിവരങ്ങള് പുറത്തുവിടാന് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര് തയ്യാറായിട്ടില്ല.
അതേസമയം, പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കൈയില് ഇത്രയും പുതിയ നോട്ട് എങ്ങനെ എത്തിയെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്താനായി അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചതായി ആദായനികുതി വകുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര് അറിയിച്ചു. ഇതോടൊപ്പം ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ വീട്ടില് നിന്ന് ആഡംബര സ്പോര്ട്സ് കാറായ ലംബോര്ഗിനിയും കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൂടുതല് പരിശോധനകള് നടന്നുവരികയാണ്.
