ക്രിസ്മസിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വാര്ഷിക കേക്ക് പ്രദര്ശനം ബംഗളൂരുവില് ആരംഭിച്ചു. യു.ബി. സിറ്റി സെന്റ് ജോസഫ് ഇന്ത്യന് ഹൈസ്കൂള് ഗ്രൗണ്ടില് ആരംഭിച്ച പ്രദര്ശനം ജനുവരി ഒന്നുവരെ രാവിലെ 11 മുതല് രാത്രി ഒമ്പതു വരെയാണ്.
ബംഗളൂരു: ക്രിസ്മസിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വാര്ഷിക കേക്ക് പ്രദര്ശനം ബംഗളൂരുവില് ആരംഭിച്ചു. യു.ബി. സിറ്റി സെന്റ് ജോസഫ് ഇന്ത്യന് ഹൈസ്കൂള് ഗ്രൗണ്ടില് ആരംഭിച്ച പ്രദര്ശനം ജനുവരി ഒന്നുവരെ രാവിലെ 11 മുതല് രാത്രി ഒമ്പതു വരെയാണ്. നാഷണല് കണ്സ്യൂമര് ഫെയറുമായി (എന്.സി.എഫ്.) സഹകരിച്ചാണ് കേക്ക് പ്രദര്ശനം നടത്തുന്നത്.
മുതിര്ന്ന കേക്ക് ആര്ട്ടിസ്റ്റ് സി. രാമചന്ദ്രന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് കേക്കുകള് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ലണ്ടന് ടവര് ബ്രിഡ്ജിന്റെ മാതൃകയിലുള്ള കേക്കാണ് മേളയുടെ മുഖ്യ ആകര്ഷണം. അഞ്ചുപേര് ചേര്ന്ന് 65 ദിവസംകൊണ്ടാണ് 500 കിലോയുള്ള ഈ കേക്ക് നിര്മിച്ചത്. 14 അടി നീളവും ഏഴടി വീതിയും ഉള്ള കേക്കിന്റെ ഉയരം എട്ട് അടിയാണ്. 400 കിലോയുള്ള ചൈനീസ് ഡ്രാഗണ് ആകൃതിയിലുള്ള കേക്കും ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്.
