ബംഗളൂരു: നഗരത്തില് മലയാളികളടക്കമുള്ളവര്ക്ക് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് വീട്ടുവാടക കൊടുക്കാന് സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല. എ.ടി.എമ്മുകളില് ഒരുദിവസം 2000 രൂപ മാത്രമേ പിന്വലിക്കാവൂ എന്ന നിബന്ധനയുള്ളതാണ് ശമ്പളം കിട്ടിയിട്ടും വാടക കൊടുക്കാന് സാധിക്കാത്തത്. വീട്ടുടമസ്ഥരില് പലരും വാടക ചെക്കായിട്ടോ ഇ പേയ്മെന്റായിട്ടോ വാങ്ങാന് തയ്യാറാകാത്തതാണ് പ്രശ്നം. ചെക്കായിട്ട് ലഭിച്ചാല് അത് വീണ്ടും ബാങ്കില് പോയി മാറാനുള്ള ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് കാരണമാണ് ഉടമസ്ഥര് വാടക കാശായിട്ട് മതിയെന്ന് നിര്ബന്ധം പിടിക്കുന്നത്. പതിയെ ആണെങ്കിലും വാടക കാശായിട്ടുതന്നെ മതിയെന്നനിലപാടിലാണ് ഉടമസ്ഥര്.

നോട്ട് നിരോധിച്ചതിനാല് കഴിഞ്ഞമാസം പല ഉടമകളും പഴയ 500, 1000 നോട്ടുകള് വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നില്ല. ഡിസംബര് ആകുമ്പോഴേക്ക് നോട്ട് പ്രതിസന്ധി പരിഹരിക്കുമെന്ന പ്രതീക്ഷയില് വാടക ഡിസംബറില് തന്നാല് മതിയെന്ന് ഇവര് സമ്മതിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്, ഇപ്പോള് നവംബറിലെയും, ഡിസംബറിലെയും വാടക കൊടുക്കാനാകാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയാണ് പലര്ക്കും.
