യമുനാശുചീകരണം നടപ്പാക്കാന് ഡല്ഹി മേട്രാ റെയില് കോര്പ്പറേഷന്പോലെ പ്രത്യേകകമ്പനി രൂപവത്കരിക്കണമെന്ന് ഡല്ഹി സര്ക്കാര്. എന്.സി.ആര്. ആസൂത്രണബോര്ഡ് യോഗത്തിലാണ് ഡല്ഹി സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്.
ന്യൂഡല്ഹി: യമുനാശുചീകരണം നടപ്പാക്കാന് ഡല്ഹി മേട്രാ റെയില് കോര്പ്പറേഷന്പോലെ പ്രത്യേകകമ്പനി രൂപവത്കരിക്കണമെന്ന് ഡല്ഹി സര്ക്കാര്. എന്.സി.ആര്. ആസൂത്രണബോര്ഡ് യോഗത്തിലാണ് ഡല്ഹി സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടത്. കേന്ദ്രസംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാരുകളുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തില് ഇത്തരമൊരു കമ്പനി രൂപവല്ക്കരിക്കുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് യോഗത്തില് പങ്കെടുത്ത മന്ത്രി സത്യേന്ദര് ജെയിന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
കേന്ദ്രവും ഡല്ഹി സര്ക്കാരും തുല്യപങ്കാളിത്തം വഹിക്കുന്ന നിലയിലാവണം കമ്പനി. ഇങ്ങനെ മാത്രമേ യമുന വൃത്തിയാക്കാനാവൂ. എങ്കില് അടുത്ത രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ വര്ഷത്തിനുള്ളില് നദി ശുചീകരണം നടപ്പാക്കാന് കഴിയുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള പദ്ധതികളും രീതികളുമനുസരിച്ച് 15 വര്ഷമായിട്ടും യമുന വൃത്തിയാക്കാന് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലെന്നും മന്ത്രി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ഇപ്പോള് ഒട്ടേറെ ഭരണനിര്വഹണ ഏജന്സികളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലാണ് യമുനാ ശുചീകരണം. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ പല തടസ്സങ്ങളാല് ശുചീകരണം കാര്യമായി നടക്കുന്നില്ല.
